My Master’s degree in agriculture (French Diplôme d'ingénieur) at ISARA-Lyon, trained me to biology, and food industry.

My training allowed me to study at the University of Helsinki, Finland, (where I spent a semester studying sustainable development, forest products marketing, tropical agriculture) and to ESA in Angers, (France), where I completed my training by specializing in food industry.

I started my career at Valrhona’s (luxurious chocolate factory). I was first in charge of the professionalization of the European sales force (Sales agents and distributors) in various fields such as cocoa bean farming, chocolate production, pastry techniques, sensory analysis

I was then in charge of « Commercial development ». I was in touch with all the company players. The objective and constrains of a company have therefore made all its sense to me during this experience. I know how important the respect of the design specifications by its suppliers is to a customer.

I am therefore in a position to understand the problematic of my clients, their requirement as far as deadlines, speech respect, and layout are concerned …

Willing to group my skills so as to take part in a sustainable development project, I chose to develop my activity as a Translator, specialising in Biology.
